Friends/follow/block models + Alembic migration
checkpoint / checkpoint (push) Successful in 2m37s

friendships (requester/addressee, pending/accepted status, unique ordered
pair), follows, and blocks tables -- CASCADE FKs, indexed, native Postgres
enum for status matching existing repo convention. Models/migration only,
no API endpoints (sibling task).

Independently re-verified: alembic upgrade/downgrade/upgrade round-trip
clean, schema inspected directly (FKs/cascade/unique constraints all as
specified), 152/152 backend tests via the hermetic bootstrap.
