coder-bot b547ca5785 Add missing asyncpg dependency for async postgres driver 
config.py's DATABASE_URL uses postgresql+asyncpg but requirements.txt
only listed the sync psycopg2-binary driver, causing ModuleNotFoundError
on app startup.
